Miklos Fodor

Miklos Fodor (born March 19, 1976 in Baia Mare, Romania) is a psychologist. He has lived in Budapest, Hungary, since 1990.

Miklos has developed a paradigm called FIPP, Fodormik's Integrated Paradigm of Psychology, that integrates, in a simple model, existing results and theories of psychology.

Miklos attended Fazekas Mihály Gimnázium, Hungary's elite secondary school, in a class specializing in mathematics. This provided the strong basis that helped him to develop the FIPP using system theory as its basis.

In addition to his psychology degree, obtained at Eötvös Loránd University in 1999, Fodor holds a MSc in Political Sciences, and a BA in business.

He currently runs his own HR consultancy.
